Winter running: an experience to be tried!
On the slight slope between Alagna and Riva Valdobbia, we run 6 or 12 km, in the wood, along the river, on the road and even on the snow! We chose our trail together, depending on your training.
Bring you warm running clothes: pants, t-shirt and long socks, one fleece shirt, gloves and hat. What about shoes? Regular running shoes are fine. Trail shoes are better, if you have them!
We go running in the afternoon, aroung 4pm. The Italian marathon runner Aldo Rock always says: “there are no unfavourable conditions but only pliable athletes!!”
