The services for children and the daily outdoor activities are at the heart of your holiday.
We organise everything so that you can enjoy every minute in the hotel and discover the beauty of Valsesia and Monte Rosa.
Baby club 1 – 3 year-olds
Daily from 10am to 10pm, for the littlest ones, our Baby Club service: games and entertainment, feeds and naps!
A short settling in period with you, the parents, during which we set up the ideal well-being environment. This service must be booked (additional charge).
Mini club 4 – 12 year-olds
“It’s always Christmas” above all else means spending time together, playing, telling each other about the adventures of your day, on outings or on the slopes. There are surprises and events organised by our entertainers.
The Mini Club is open from 10am to 10pm. The children can eat lunch and dinner there.
Baby Care 0 – 1 year-olds
Infants get our undivided attention, experience and empathy. Inside our baby club, with other children to start socializing or in a separate location (in the room, for example). Parents can get some time to themselves, worry free.
To be certain of availability, the service must be booked at least one week in advance, stating the hours requested.
Pack light
There is free access to strollers, high chairs, cots, camp beds, side rails, changing tables, baby baths, toilet seat adapters, boosters and bobs. Book them now!
In the local towns, Alagna and Riva Valdobbia, you can hire bikes and mountain equipment for adults.
Extra Time Holidays
Enjoy every last moment of your holiday by booking Late Check Out. The room will be yours until 8pm, you can use the SPA all day long and there is a snack included. It will feel as if you have an extra day’s holiday!
Ask us first: we’ll take care of all bookings (guides, taxis, restaurants, refuges, ski schools) and of all purchases (ski passes, ski lockers at the base of the cable cars…).
